We collect your mobile phone number solely for market communication. Specifically, we use it to send you:

• Booking confirmations for your market stall reservations
• Reminders about upcoming market dates and load-in times
• Payment due and overdue reminders

Vendors provide their phone number and consent to receive SMS messages during the vendor registration process. By entering your phone number and completing registration, you agree to receive automated text messages from Market On Main regarding your bookings, payments, and market event updates.

You may update your phone number or communication preferences at any time within your Vendor Profile dashboard.

Opting Out of SMS Messages

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Market On Main. To re-subscribe, reply START to the same number.

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information using industry-standard security practices. Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorized administrators only.
