1. Program Name

Market On Main Vendor SMS Program — operated by Market On Main (Alachua Farmers Market), hereafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our."

2. Program Description

The Market On Main Vendor SMS Program sends text message notifications to approved vendors of the Alachua Farmers Market. Messages are limited to operational communications directly related to a vendor's market participation, including:

• Booking confirmations for market stall reservations
• Reminders about upcoming market dates and load-in times
• Payment due, overdue, and confirmation reminders
• Important announcements about market operations (e.g., weather closures, schedule changes)

We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS. All messages are transactional and informational, related solely to a vendor's existing relationship with Market On Main.

3. Message Frequency

The typical message frequency is approximately 1 to 4 messages per month, depending on the vendor's booking activity and market schedule. Vendors with recurring monthly bookings may receive more frequent reminders. You will not receive more than approximately 8 messages per month under normal operations.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to the text messages you receive from Market On Main. We do not charge vendors for SMS messages. Check with your mobile carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan and rates.

5. Opt-In & Consent

Vendors provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS messages during the vendor registration process on the Market On Main platform. By entering your phone number and completing registration, you explicitly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Market On Main regarding your bookings, payments, and market event updates.

We do not support opt-in via text keyword. Consent is provided through the online registration form only.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Market On Main at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive further SMS messages from this program.

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START to the same number, or update your communication preferences in your Vendor Profile dashboard.

10. Liability

Market On Main is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability and your mobile plan. We are not responsible for any carrier charges incurred from receiving SMS messages.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
